Don't know how to love romantically what can I do?

I am 22 years old and have no idea how to love romantically. I am also autistic and am awaiting an ADHD assessment (not saying I have it but I am certain that there is something else). I don't have any friends either but I am trying to change that by getting out a bit more and joining some clubs but I am worried about how to keep those friendships or what to talk about. What can I do?

To build friendships and romantic relationships:
1. *Join clubs and groups* that interest you.
2. *Practice active listening* and ask open-ended questions.
3. *Be yourself* and focus on shared interests.
4. *Take small steps* in social interactions.
Consider seeking support from therapy or support groups for autism and ADHD. Online resources can also provide helpful tips and advice.

That is what I am trying to do what I am trying to say is that I don't know how to feel romantic love?
