Peter Symonds or Barton Peveril

Hi, i'm a year 11 student who wants to do Law, Economics and Geography at A-level but im having trouble deciding which college i should go to. Before i had my taster day i was 100% set on going to Barton but now im completely undecided (and have a week to make a decision which isn't fun).
I want to do Law at university, definetly at a russell group university. I disliked Peter Symonds previously when i went there for open evening and my interview as the buildings and classrooms weren't appealing (small, old) and the small corridoors meant that it was hard to get around. I also got the feeling thatbthey didn't really care about their students too.
From taster day I really liked the campus and the classrooms (that may be because my secondary school is quite old too though so it felt more normal)

I do get the sense that teachers go through things extremely quickly in Peter Symonds (we did more work on the 55 minute lessons in peter symonds on taster day than the 1hr 15 minute ones in Peter Symonds.)

I do want high grades (atleast all A's) in my A-levels but i also want to be able to enjoy college so i don't know which college to choose.

I've wanted to go to Barton Peveril since like year 9 when my broteher went there as i believe he found it generally enjoyable (although he did end up failing a subject but he isn't really an academic person so it was really his own fault).

Whats making the decision so difficult is that a week ago all of my friends were set on going to Bartons but now my best friend is the only one who is certain whereas two of my other friends are going to go to Symonds. There are a lot of people from my secondary school which are going to symonds which i dislike and a few rude people i know are also going there and I could potentially have classes with them.

If anyone has been to any of these colleges, did you enjoy it? Why?

I have quite a few friends who go to both schools. From their experience, Peter Symonds would definitely be better for the subjects you want to do. If you don't care about seeing the people you don't like, I recommend Peter Symonds over Barton but honestly, it's not like there's a world of difference.
