Hey, I’ve applied for the grant LFS but it’s still pending approval? I’ve sent my student finance evidence through and I’m not sure if I’m supposed to send others Evidence .just curious how long did everyone else’s take

I hope you're well! I'd recommend asking around your peers or anyone you know to see if any have had the same issues? This time of year can also be quite busy so bare with the LSF Team. If you do get worried though, try drop them a call during their opening hours maybe?

As long as you uploaded the sufficient evidence as far as I'm aware it should be accepted but again this time of year is very hectic so bare with them 🙂

If it is the case where they require further evidence they'll defo reach out to you so not to worry! I'm sure it will get accepted though. Best wishes

There have been varying response times for my Cohort who applied at the same time, some had their decision notification within a couple of days and some are still waiting 6 weeks later. This time of year is manic with applications and best time to do it is in April after applying for SFE. Fingers crossed you won't wait too long ☺️

The first payment is only made in November (following confirmation from you and your uni that you are attending the course in Sep/Oct), so there is plenty of time for your application to be processed.

Took mine about a week and a bit . Just keep h ch decking it and make sure it’s fully submitted and I’ve filled out everything x I did mine literally the day it opened so got it back super fast

I sent my student finance as evidence but only the first page. And I got I back saying I need more evidence so I’m assuming they want the rest of the SFE evidence?
