Why do all the girls who are less attractive imo get everything they want and I dont
They don't get everything they want, no one does. Life isn't fair and with this attitude you will always feel like this. You need to work towards things to get what you want, not sit around being jealous of what others are achieving.

I am also autistic, and sometimes I find it best to be blunt about an issue. I can definitely understand the feeling of being jealous of what others have when it feels like no one understands you. I went to an all girls school with a lot of cliques and I longed to be part of a group but it never got me anywhere because sadly most people do not understand what it means to be autistic. I would make sure you keep engaging in your interests (for me in secondary school it was music, being part of an orchestra and choir allowed me an escape from the other pressures around me), ask for help when you need it (nagging if you have to) and try your best because no one can ask anymore of you.
