My shoulder clicked tonight I was wondering if that is a bad sign going to physio tomorrow. As of now my shoulder to feeling pain on top of it.

Did anyone else have this issue as I am scared something more painful might happen.

Contact the surgeon's office or hospital and tell them about the clicking and the pain and that you're due to see the physio.

If they tell you to go ahead with the physio appointment, also tell the physio so they know before they manipulate anything.

Pain is your body's way of telling you to stop or telling you something is not right.

So it is essential to call them now as I don’t have the nurses number only mum does. But I could probably call the hospital tonight. I’m kinda worried in case something else clicks or something

Call your mum as she has the nurse's contact, that's why she has it. If you cannot get through to your mum or nurse, call the hospital and speak to them.

That's good, sounds like you've done all the right things. Hopefully if it rang any alarm bells they would have advised you to take immediate action. If you have your mum and the nurse on board, that's probably better than posting here.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

Speak to both your surgeon and the physio. They'd know the best.
It's important to say if you feel something might be wrong. It's a key to a quick and good recovery.
