Try and work on Spaced Repetition! It's very useful for things like flashcards, and will show that you've done your research on what works in revision techniques.
Here's a post by Nicky Case which describes Spaced Repetition very well. Existing apps like Anki and WaniKani also use Spaced Repetition. Good luck!!
