Met police day 2 Roel play assement.

I have recently attended the Met police assessment center for day 2.
Shortly after, I received an email saying I didn't pass my role-play interviews.
As I recap what I did during the interview, I think I tried my best to follow the values and competencies of the Met. The only thing wrong I can think of that I did wrong was probably I was probably talking too nicely without a grip.
Any tips and tricks for the role-play interview, guys?
