looking for second year female UCL student replacement tenant

hello! my flatmate and i are looking for another girl our age (19, Y2) to join us at our flat. it's located in somers town (between euston and king's cross), 15 mins away from the UCL main campus by foot. you'll be getting a medium-sized bedroom with a double bed for £239.62/week.
bills aren't included. they've ranged from £40 to £100 per month for us (higher in the winter of course), but is about £50-60 on average. there is a medium-sized shared kitchen and bathroom. the bathroom has a bathtub. the kitchen comes with a gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge, and many pantries and cupboards; we also have an air fryer and food processor that we'd be happy to share. there's only one small table in the kitchen to put some plates on or for two people to eat at, although we prefer to eat in our own rooms. the flat is also on the ground floor and within an enclosed apartment space so it's convenient and safe. unfortunately there is no living room and we won't be able to do viewings as we're both out of the flat by this Thursday.
