EPQ structure help query

Hi! so I'm completing and EPQ currently and I had a question about the Mid-Project review content- I need to complete it within the next week or so due to my schools internally-set but unmovable deadline. I'm about halfway through my research on the whole, with a strong outline of my final project- however, I was wondering if all my research has to be completed by the time I fill out this page? I have seen top mark exemplar EPQ's where this is not the case, but the project Q page advises "To be completed by the candidate. This page records your outline plan when you have completed your research.". there is a box on the page after this where I could possibly detail more research, but I was wondering what others who were successful on the EPQ experienced? was this necessary? what did you do? I am aiming for an A btw. Thanks so so much for any help!
