When does clearing open?

Clearing opens on July 5th. From that date, you will be able to call our Clearing hotline on 01227 926000. Our team will talk you through your options and help you find the right course for you

What happens when you call?

We understand that contacting universities during Clearing can feel stressful. When you call us, you will speak directly to our supportive and experienced team who will guide you through each step of the process

To make things run as smoothly as possible, please have the following details ready:

Your UCAS ID number

•

Your achieved grades

•

The course or courses you are interested in (including course codes)

•

Your name, date of birth, contact number and any other relevant information

If we are able to make you an offer during the call, you will have 24 hours to add us as your Clearing choice on the UCAS Hub. If we need to check anything first, we will get back to you within 48 hours

Can I still apply for student finance?

Yes, you can. It is not too late to apply for student finance, but the earlier you apply, the sooner you will receive your funding

If your household income has not yet been assessed, you will receive the minimum amount first to make sure you have money in place for the start of your course. Once your application is fully reviewed, any additional funding you are eligible for will follow

If anything changes, such as your university choice or your living arrangements, you can update your details by logging into your student finance account

Is accommodation available through Clearing?
