I’m looking for an internship but as I don’t have any experience in applying for them I need a bit guidance.
I have found an internship but it was posted more than 30 days ago, is it worth applying.
I doubt it is but any guidance on that?

Whether you are still at school, in sixth form or a university student, each institution will have a team dedicated to helping with careers and internship applications. I suggest reaching out to the relevant team so you are able to benefit from tailored support.
In regards to your specific circumstance, does the internship posting have an application deadline date? Some companies post roles on a rolling basis meaning that they will close the posting once they have enough applicants, however, if there is a set deadline then it may still be worth applying to. Does the internship state when it is due to start? If the start date is relatively soon, then it may not be worth it as you may need multiple interview stages etc and they may have forgotten to take the post down. So if there is still considerable time before the deadline date and the start date is not too soon, then it is still worth applying to.
