help please, brit college closed down no certificate

Hi all,

I studied at brit college in birmingham sept 23-july 24.
the course finished we pass all assignments.
we then recieved an email to say all work to be re assessed by march 2025.
now have been informed that have closed down, due to an investigation being carried out on the college.
we paid 6250 tution fee, a total loss.
city and guilds are the awarding body, they have confirmed work was never submitted.
please advise who to complain and can we get our tiuition fee back

I have been told to email Brit college and to complain?

I have called them, no reply. I have emailed no reply.

they have been closed, meaning no one to talk to etc.

please could someone advise what to do?
