Look at the 'entry requirements' on each relevant course page, including any essential GCSE grades. Uni will always state any essential subjects, and any that are 'preferred' or excluded.

Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) BA/BSc (UCAS L0V0) (Warwick)
Undergraduate study - School of Philosophy, Politics and Economics, University of York
Policy, Politics and Economics BA - University of Birmingham
Etc

Yes, Maths, Philosophy and Psychology are fine for PPE. For Warwick, they ask for A star A A and GCSE Maths grade 7 and English grade 6. They do not require specific A level subjects as long as you meet the grades.

Oxford does not require specific subjects either, but strong Maths and essay skills help. You will also need to take the TSA for Oxford. Your subject mix gives you both, so it looks like a good fit.
