Housemate needed in Leeds!!
Helloo, sorry if this isnt the right category or if advertising isnt allowed.
I'm leaving uni and I am in desparate need to find a replacement housemate in Leeds.
We've put up posts on facebook and Spare Room but we've had no luck 💔💔
To give a brief description of the place and the people:
- Estimate monthly amount is £583 per month (water is included but other bills are not, hence the high price which is with the other bills, otherwise it's estimated £144 per week with water bill)
- Double bed, not ensuit but sharing with 1 other person (shared cost can be discussed with flatmates due to this room not being ensuit)
- Good location!! Close to all leeds uni's (Leeds arts, uni of leeds, and leeds beckett), plus close to the Merrion Centre
- Clean and quiet flatmates (2 guys, 1 girl, any gender is cool )

oops, sorry, I made a mistake with the rent. It's £524.50 per month (£131.10 est. per week) with water included. And it'd be an estimate of £583 per month (£145 est. per week) With electricity, gas, and wifi
