I have a room for a takeover in a 6 bedroom flat with Sheffield Hallam students, preferably looking for a male aged 18-21 (to fit in with other tenants).
I’m no longer going to university so I’m trying to give this to someone soon.

I have paid July’s rent and the deposit which you can keep and will give £1000 to put towards rent to whoever takes it
