I would say yes, very. OCR, at least when I did my GCSE's/A Levels, OCR was known as *the* hardest exam board.

For A level chemistry, OCR chemistry A is probably the easiest course, whereas OCR chemistry B is probably the hardest. This is based on the grade boundaries for each course in recent years (OCR A consistently has the highest set of grade boundaries and of the exams sat so far, the highest the overall A* boundary for OCR A chemistry has got to is 90.0%, which is higher than the maximum A* boundaries of 84.0% for Edexcel, 83.3% for AQA and 81.9% for OCR B).

I haven’t bothered to check for OCR biology, but it’s the same principle. See which exam board on average has the highest grade boundaries in order to get an idea of which is the easiest.

Whether you find your A levels easy or not, irrespective of exam board depends on how much you enjoy your subjects and how much work you are willing to put in. Fortunately, there are many excellent resources available for free online for OCR A chemistry and presumably many for biology also. I would instead prioritise finding resources you like for each course rather than worrying about how hard A levels are.
