Can't access UofG applicant self service portal.

I tried logging in using my details for glasgowonline- I had created my own username and password for this. This didn't work, so I tried changing my password and still could not access the portal. I know I should have received an email with my login details after accepting my offer, but I no longer have access to this. I looked the issue up and apparently you should use your SAAS number and birth dates as your username and password, yet I tried this and it still didn't work. I'm honestly at a loss on what to do now.

If the situation that it's still not working, as this is a live application, I recommend you start a live chat with our admissions team. They are active from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. You can start a live chat by selecting the purple speech bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen here
