I’m pretty sure that your GCSE grades are fine for imperial, since the majority of them are at least a 7 (congrats btw!!).
Imperial would be more concerned with your A-Levels and your personal statement (as well as your performance in admissions tests) so try to focus more on those. Good luck! ^_^

Thank you! This is reassuring. What year are you studying?

What degree subject are you thinking of applying for, and have you checked for any specific GCSE requirements on Imperial's website for that course?

I have, it just says the minimum grades required, but obviously, the people who get offers have gsce grades higher than the minimum. I want to do computer science (AI and ML)

GSCEs are really not that significant in the Admissions process - your A level predictions, PS and any aptitude test results will be FAR more important. Yes, you need to meet any specified GCSE subjects/grades, but your overall GCSE profile forms a very small part of the overall assessment. As an example, the weighting used by Bristol for Computer Science is GCSE 20% and A-Level 80%.

That's good to hear! However imperial (especially computer science) is so overly competitive that I thought that my GSCE grades which are fairly strong but not amazing as the applicants applying with all 8s and 9s would bring quite a disadvantage when applying, so I've been quite worried about that.
