oxford foundation year programme

Hey,
I'm unsure whether or not I'd be eligible; if possible, could someone help me evaluate?
- Time spent out of secondary school, i only attended for one year spread out over yr7-yr9/10 (state) due to serious mental illness, recorded by doctors, and a brief hospital stays (not psych ward)
- Attended 3 secondary schools from Year 7 to Year 8/9.
- Predicted grades: AAB. 6 gcses (w homeschool center) 6-9.

Which subject? 😧 They have between 5-10 places only for most of the Foundation degrees and 100s of applicants. ☹️
