LSE Vs Harvard Vs Uchicago

Hello, guys, I need in-depth answers, please. Because this is a crucial matter. I now want to study a Bachelor's degree in Economics at a prestigious university. I have a strong interest in it. My goal is to work as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs after graduation and then build my own business. What is the best option? Is it the London School of Economics? The University of Chicago's Economics Department? Harvard University? MIT? Stanford? Oxford? What is the best option? Are there other options, and which of these institutions is best?

Oxford Uni is arguably the best in the world, so if you want the best then I would shoot for Oxford.
Please bear in mind when applying to U.K. universities that they want passion for the subject and not career aspirations.
Good Luck!

Which is more academically challenging and best suited to studying economics for someone who wants to work as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and then build their own business? The London School of Economics or the University of Chicago

They're all good for that goal (equivalently so) and realistically if you aren't able to land on your feet after doing such a degree at one of those unis then you wouldn't be able to land on your feet after studying at any of those unis.

Anecdotally I know someone who went to UChicago and majored in econ (along with maths and stats) and went in to IBanking. He later left that because it was apparently awful, to work in biostats for a while...then became a baker

Big barrier for the US institutions is going to be funding, although all of those listed I believe have pretty generous financial aid packages. Arguably for UK students it'll be easier (and likely cheaper) to go to Oxford or LSE.
