RCPsych Wales Summer School 2025
Hi wondering if anyone is going to this two day program here? It’s in Cardiff ! Or has anyone gone there before? Opinions? And did you find it useful in your CV? Do russel group unis likes programs like this or is attending a waste of time ? Thank you so much sorry for lots of questions.

Hi there!
I didn't do this specific program, but I did a similar one just before I entered sixth form! Personally, I found it super valuable - and did end up talking about it in my personal statement, when applying to universities such as Cardiff. From my personal experience, I found it opened a few skill sets I haven't been exposed to before as well as opening my understanding of new careers - I definitely found it worth it.
Plus, its a great way to meet people and make new friends
