Can I make a dish for an EPQ artefact

When I do my EPQ, I plan to make a ramen bowl as an investigation - (Designing the Perfect Bowl of Ramen: A Culinary Artefact Informed by Science and Tradition). Is this possible? (Read on for more info)

I plan to explore the chemical side (Broth Collagen extraction, emulsification, umami synergy (glutamate + inosinate), Alkaline noodle dough (kansui), gluten development, hydration and texture etc) and the cultural side (different variations of ramen seasonally and regionally). The question is- is it possible for me to do this?

Sounds like a good plan ^^ Just make sure you link the bowl in question to your study as much as possible lol. If you end up with too much to say however you might have to take away the artefact to assess the 5000 word limit? Idk your call. Hope this helps!
