check the course specification online - each course is different across different universities and the content may vary so make sure you are aware of the exact content you will be studying and make your decision based off of the course that best suits your interests personally and professionally. UAL has multiple colleges which each specialise in different areas such as arts, performance, fashion etc... the same course may be taught across those colleges in different ways
•
consider location - if you choose to study at UAL, regardless of your college you choose, you will have access to to all the campuses and some of the resources and facilities across the sites. UAL campuses are all equipped with great industry standard equipment to allow you to practice your work to a professional standard. This is great if your accommodation is nearer another campus so you can do study days in different locations for example
•
Industry connections - UAL is a top ranking creative arts university globally a this recognition is very useful for the students when looking for internships, work, collaborations etc. You will be able to benefit from great industry guest lectures and learn from practicing lecturers
•
personal interest - the main thing is that you love the course you choose. The best way to ensure that is by making an informed decision based off of not your idea of the course, but what it actually is. Graphic design can be a covered in a multitude of ways so take time to understand where your specific interests are, then choose accordingly
