no active intakes

Please help!
I'm no longer able to access my UOS CAS Shield, I keep getting the feedback, "You have no active intakes" upon logging in

I faced the same issue; emailed their international office, and it got back to normal within 5 days. However ever since then, its been stuck at 61%

Why does Cas shield always get stuck on 61%?
