I hate this

can someone tell me why job recruiters are so PICKY for the most low level BASIC jobs for absolutely no reason?!? I’m not talking about entry level degree jobs, I’m talking about basic jobs like retail and food that don’t even need a degree or lots of experience. employers will put in the job description “no work experience needed!!” and then reject you because other applicants had more experience than you. and don’t even get me started on the companies posting job applications on their websites and then just flat out ignore or never reply back with an email confirming of wether you’ll get an interview or not, like bro STOP MAKING ME WASTE MY TIME WITH DOING YOUR APPLICATIONS AND 30 MINUTE LONG ONLINE ASSESSMENTS IF YOUR NOT EVEN GOING TO OPEN MY APPLICATION!??!? please if anyone has any tips so I can actually get to the accepting stage
