Problems with PayPal
So I recently ordered something using PayPal as the payment method. When I ordered it the money was taken but when I check my bank statement it only charged me for the items and not for delivery . This is weird as PayPal says I paid for delivery as opposed to my bank statement saying I didn’t. I even emailed the seller and they said the order came through. Did I just get lucky with a glitch in a system or should I contact someone?

At the time of the purchase none. But it’s linked to my bank account so I’m assuming they just took the insufficient funds from there
