UCL Accommodation - Beaumont Court Takeover

If anyone has a room booked in Beaumont court for 2025/26 40 week contract and no longer plans to take it, I would like to take it over.
Have a confirmed UCL offer and have met my conditions.

Are you not looking to take UCL allocated halls, have you been offered anything? My daughter had UCL as insurance and has now accepted an offer there (didn't make her Firm). We have a room in Beaumont but my daughter wants UCL halls but was told today that it is expected she will not get one and so to look at alternatives. If you have been.offered UCL halls, could potentially be willing to swap.
