Med to Investment Banking or high finance role
just wanted to ask can a med degree at any uni allow you to enter ib or high finance roles, for reference i study at uob or would it have to be target unis specifically like notts, imperial, ucl etc. Furthermore, what would you recommend I do in terms of garnering experience and internships in order to secure a role in finance

No degree and especially not medicine is going to automatically give you access to a role in finance. Such jobs are competitive to get into and are certainly not for the faint-hearted.
