I love the look and style of high-end fashion brands like Dior, Saint Laurent, and Prada, but the price tags are often way out of my budget. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any reliable places to find good-quality alternatives or inspired pieces that have a similar vibe but are more affordable?

It's possible to get some good deals on Depop, Vinted & Ebay. I've got a few quite high end items I've bought online & for a lot less than the usual price. Also you can sometimes get some good stuff in TK Maxx & Urban Outfitters.
