Hi, thanks so much for your message and for offering to share your resources!

I'm currently in my second year of the BTEC Level 3 IT course and I'm really aiming high for my final units. Your Stuvia link sounds incredibly helpful.

I was hoping you could offer some specific advice. I'm targeting at least a Merit in the Unit 14 (IT Service Delivery) and Unit 11 (Cybersecurity and Incident Management) exams, and I'm really pushing for Distinctions in all my assignments.

I have a few specific questions if you don't mind:

1. For the Unit 14 exam (I have Part A on 18th Dec 2025): How did you prepare your revision notes? I want to create notes that are towards securing a Merit or Distinction, not just a pass. What was the most effective way for you to structure the information for the different service delivery models and processes?
2. For the Assignments: I'm struggling a bit to consistently hit the higher grade boundaries. Looking at your coursework, could you share any tips on what makes a distinction-level piece of work? For example, how to better analyse rather than just describe, or how to structure reports effectively?

Any guidance you can provide, or any resources you have on Stuvia related to these specific points, would be a massive help.
