looking for inperson work experience and are virtual pre recorded ones valued at all

im in y12 and i wanna do work experience but i have no idea how, i aspire to get an apprenticehship within the "business and administration" industry, and i want work experiences relating to that, every time i research where to find this i see people always suggesting virtual ones like springpod forage which are pre recorded but then i search about if these have much meaning and alot of people say it doesnt mean much, i know in person is alot better but some even said theres no point of putting on ones cv, if this is the case is there any wesbite or way i can look for any work experience oppurtunities which are in person?
