Year 12 mock results

So I recently got my mock results back and I got CDD which I was quite upset with cause I did want at least Bs and I was only two marks away from a C in Biology, I got a C in Business and a D in English Literature. My original predicted were BBB and I want to apply to Russel groups but would that be too much?

My sixth form also takes into account your year 13 autumn mocks that are in October so if I can do better in them could I possibly increase my predicted grades?

Ask your school

You’re fine, spend your time during year 13 revising for autumn mocks.

they’re counted more towards entry to year 13, if you got below a D you wouldn’t get to year 13

Try and find out what you may have struggled with - was it revision or exam technique that may have affected your performance? maybe ask your teachers if you can about how to improve in time for october. but make sure you have researched into universities with lower grade requirements so you have a range of options
