Anyone know if Ocean View is a good place o live for a Falmouth Uni student?

I'm starting this sept and been offered a place at Ocean View - the bill comes to £10,700 per year and I'm a bit nervous to commit - does anyone have any experience of Ocean View - is it worth it and are there better/ cheaper options?

did you end up commiting? its so expensive but i heard its 24/7 security? but check the google reviews i found them very helpful

I am a Falmouth University student, looking to sign over my tenancy at Ocean View private student accommodation.The first months rent has already been paid!
This tenancy is for the next academic year from 13th September 2025 to 4th September 2026.
One double room in a 4 bed townhouse with en suite, garden area, shared kicthen/living room, off street parking, communal gym, cinema room, study space and all bills included.
This is a lovely student accommodation and I had a great time living there last year. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances I will not be able to stay for this tenancy.
