Worth applying to Cambridge for geography?

Hi, would it be worth me applying to Cambridge to study geography with predicteds of A*AA (minimum grade requirement) & what kind of things do they look for for a personal statement that could make me a stronger applicant?

You meet the grade requirements so why not?
I don't actually know that much about geography as a field. That said in general, they aren't looking for a "magic bullet" of one activity someone has done or text they have read, because that doesn't exist. They just want to see your genuine enthusiasm for the subject and how this has manifested in what you've done to explore it beyond the A-level curriculum - the specifics of what that is will be unique to you and you just need to write analytically and reflectively about that
