Have you ever contacted a dead relative?

This may sound really odd, but I have heard of people that have 'supposedly' contacted dead relatives or friends. I have never done it myself, but I find it quite interesting. Even more peculiar is the ability to 'astro-project' your spirit. My uncle informed me that my grandad is able to do this 'so-called' astro-projection where the spirit leaves the body. Obviously I was completely shocked by this but it fact it is completly harmless and apparently it is very relaxing.

So my question is; has anybody ever contacted a relative or have the ability to astro-project?

I know this all sounds a bit freaky, but im just curious because I have heard so many people talk about it before.

wat about electronic voice phenomena where you tape silence onto a cassette and when you play it back they can talk to you?

not necessarily. I mean, I watched a documentary last night about sceptic scientists trying to disprove a belief.
