Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if durham will still be making descisions over the weekend? They are reconsidering my remark and I really need to know if they are going to accept me by sunday inorder to be able to exit my accomodation agreement at birmingham. Thank you in advance

Very unlikely at this stage unfortunately, they may well have worked the last 2 weekends so they'll likely have this one off

I haven't heard. But I'm sure we'll hear something this week since it's the last week of August. Have you received your login details? I haven't.

Nothing here either but might be because it’s a bank holiday in the uk! Ideally im going to wait till Wednesday to ask for a timeline but if u call beforehand lmk<3

quick update! I’m in a gc and apparently ppl have messaged the Durham uni live chat and they’ve basically just said that it’s a process and is going to take time. Ik that’s not too helpful but there’s plenty other people who haven’t gotten any subsequent emails for their it logins/ enrolment yet either!

Has anyone heard about accommodation or college allocation yet. I applied through clearing in July (IB Student) and have a confirmed place, but I haven't heard about my college yet... :frown:

Same boat and I’ve heard nothing. Preparing to move internationally and not knowing anything is utterly horrible. I heard we might not know until mid September.

Mid September?? That's crazyyy. I thought we were supposed to hear about college allocation by 5th September.

I called them and you're correct, we don't need to fill one in as they do it on behalf of clearing applicants :smile:

Although the wait is seemingly eternal for anything to happen 💀

I got my new login details this week (although still haven't been able to enrol 💀)

I've found my college by using that to log into the MyDurham app and the induction week timetable but no information about rooms or anything (although maybe they just havent contacted me as I'm living at home, but I don't think I've told them that)

Did you get a good college? I'm slightly concerned that the clearing students are going to get all of the "bad" colleges... thanks 🙂
