Hey all so iv got a job interview over microsoft teams on the 16/7/25 at 3:15
for a live chat adviser job
with a company called ICX
and m just wondering whether anyone on here has had an interview with them before
or works here
and can tell me what it's like??
I'm worried about it cos my interviews never go well for me.
So what to do??

goodluck with your interview!! - totally get they are nerve wracking, i'd prep by reading a bit on the company, a bit about the role you've applied for and linking any previous experience you have to the job so that youve got some examples prepared for how you'd succeed in the role (:
Im persuming the company likely has a website where you'll be able to read up a bit on this & on the job posting you'll get a general overveiw of what they are looking for and the skills involved.
