Hi, looking at places for Engineering. Have an IB of 34, 16 higher but Maths is only a 4. Is this likely to rule me out ?

It may be best to talk to the admissions team through our clearing hotline, as they are able to say what grades are likely to rule you out. I recommend calling them up to discuss it.

Hello and congratulations on the offer!
If you are a clearing student, you have a guaranteed on-campus accommodation (so don't let any delays worry you!), and you will soon receive an email inviting you to apply for accommodation and your details for the accommodation portal. According to the accommodation team's post (Lancaster University Accommodation (@luaccommodation_) • Instagram photos and videos), it will take about 24 to 48 hours for your details to be added to the system, and you will be contacted shortly after that is completed.

If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact the Accommodation team at [email protected] or by calling 01524 594910.

Hi, I've accepted an offer for Biomedical Sciences with a foundation year as that was the only course I liked available on results day (I had the grades for the standard course), I've just checked now and Biomedical Science (no foundation year) is available through clearing, would it be possible to switch to the regular course? I cannot find any grade requirements on the website so im assuming they are the same as results days (BBC)? any help would be appreciated!! Thank you!!!

Hi, I can’t give you an exact date on that but it won’t be too long now, If you’re looking for exact dates you can email our accommodation team at [email protected]. All our incoming students will be applying around this time so it may take a while to hear from them.
