boyfriend wont give me my passport back, i need it to get to kyoto

the police believe his lies and refuse to do anythingto help, what can i do? its not the first time either, i need it now it will take too long to get a new one

Contact a higher authority, community advocate, or lawyer for help. Document everything and stay persistent.

Why do you believe he has it.
Have you told the police this.

This is coercive control - do something about it, and stop going back

Ciel is a chap, but all I can say is that this has been ongoing for years and all this advice has been given previously.

Document everything and file a complaint higher up, internal affairs or oversight. Get good lawyers.

but i dont wanna fight him on this, im done
im applying for a new passport, thres a way to fastrack it if you pay more

Given fast tracking a passport application needs you to take your current passport to the appointment...
...you might as well just use your existing passport....
...or have applied for a new one using the standard service 4+ days ago.

thats not true cause u can do it even if your passport is lost or stolen
and yh i knw i should've but im just struggling to focus enough to do it there's like a million thoughts in my head talking at the same ******* time, i cant keep track of them all and whenever i start one thing another distracts me .:///
