Student Fiance

Hiya, I have applied for my student finance for next year, this has been accepted but the site says that i have outstanding tasks and I have to upload my National Insurance Number, however when I put my NI it says that I have already uploaded it and need to upload evidence of my NI but the box to upload evidence is greyed out, does anyone know how to fix this/upload evidence?

Hi Ella-Mai,

This actually sounds normal - you can ignore this for now.

Normally, we'll automatically check your National Insurance Number with the DWP, and this takes 1-2 weeks.

Once that's done that message will disappear from your account.
