tenancy takeover in Sheffield

I was staying at the Electric Press in Sheffield this year for uni, but I've decided not to continue my course next year. The problem is I rebooked the room for next year way back in December and only decided to drop out recently, so I need to find someone to take over my tenancy soon. It's an 8-bed silver plus ensuite, and the room rate is £105 a week (but I'm not entirely sure if it's going up this year). Please let me know if you're interested. Thanks

Hi sorry for the late reply and yeah I would say its quite good. The management and maintenance staff are nice and the gym and common room are cool to use. The people I shared the flat with this year were really nice but I don't know what the new people moving in will be like. Also it's in a decent part of the city. There's a tram stop right outside, a Tesco 2 mins away and the home bargains and Aldi are like a 10 min walk. its also only like a 15-20 min walk from the city centre.

Hey, have you found anyone? I'd need a place, but only until December-January, if finding someone else for the 2nd semester works for you
