Tenancy Takeover

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my studio (tenancy takeover) for this year 2025/26
(2/08/2025- 31/07/2026) , unfortunately I couldn’t stay as I am not continuing my studies.
It’s a 52 week contract with the first month already paid, earliest move in date is from the 3rd of August 2025!
It’s located in LE1 so it’s super close to both of the main unis as well as the train station and town centre.
It’s £179 p/week, including all bills and your own private kitchen and bathroom with a powerful shower plus super fast broadband.
On site is a laundry room, a on-site gym and movie room!!
