Considering leaving my job but…
I’m considering leaving my job but 2 colleagues recently announced that they’re leaving too. They both mentioned this transition in July. Am I best off waiting till October/November to tell management my plans?

Really depends when it is your leaving and your required notice period, so long as you give the required notice doesnt matter when you tell them. Letting them know earlier does give the company more time to find replacement staff but equally you are not responsible for that so wouldnt stress.
