OU Exam Results

Hi,

I have done my EoY exams for 2 modules of a biology degree at the OU - I did them both over 6 weeks ago and now the submission portal has gone off the assessment page and the notice about resits has come up... 😬

I have had no email communication but I am starting to worry now, does this mean I've failed and need to do a resit or is this just generic? When might I get my results? Does anyone have any experience with this? I have considered emailing my module tutors but thought I'd ask here first! TIA!

I wouldn't read anything into that, it is probably generic.
I am a current student at OU (awaiting results for year 5 of 6) and I believe results day for the OU is the same for everyone. This year I believe that is Tuesday 22 July.

If you go on your student home page and look at the section in the middle (you may have to scroll down a bit) you should see sections linking to your modules. One of the links in that section should say 'date of module result'. That link will confirm your results day. You should also find it in the Online TMA/EMA service section as well.

One final point to note....they usually release the results on the afternoon/evening before. So if your results day is indeed 22 July, you'll probably find they will be available the evening before.
