IBDP 1 subject combination suggestion

Hi,
I am going to pursue psychology or international relations in the future. My combination for IBDP has both languages at SL, and econ at HL. I am confused about whether I should take psychology at HL or biology at HL.
Also, at what level should I take math and should I go with AA or AI math. (I am really bad at math)
Furthermore, should I go with ESS or Bio SL if I decide to go with psych at HL

Anyone who can help me decide,
Thanks very much!

SL: 2 languages and maths (as you have said its not a strength of yours)
HL: Psychology (as you must be interested in it), Economics and one other subject (choose the subject you are most interested in)

Just be aware that Psych at degree level is a science - and most Unis will want a core science or a science related subject, and they will also want a good SL Maths grade - Psych includes lots of data/stats work. If you struggle with Maths it may not be an ideal choice of degree.

IR or Politics, like most social sciences degrees (including Law), does not require any specific HL subject, Unis just want high grades. An essay-subject is useful but not essential.

Have a look at some Uni websites and read the course descriptions for any subject that sounds interesting - and check the entry requirements, they will tell you exactly what SL or HL subjects are essential or 'preferred'. Examples :
Undergraduate Courses, Degrees : Study : University of Sussex
Subject Areas | Undergraduate | Newcastle University
etc
