Hi. So the university have said they won’t confirm attendance until after 21 days of starting due to money back guarantee or something like that
But that’s a long time to wait with no maintenance loan.
In the meantime for sfe to release payment without university confirming can I supply a letter of enrolment instead so I can get my mainsnce loan element early.

Hi there. No, we need the registration to come directly from the university on to our system in order to release the Maintenance Loan, the university should be aware of this. Thanks, Leah.
