HSBC Graduate Insight Programme 2025 - Investment Banking, Trading and Markets

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has applied to this programme and if they got feedback from the job simulation stage. I got a cappfinity report that was supposed to have "Key Strengths" and "Potential Areas for Development" but the report doesn't look like it has any "Key Strengths" lmao just some generic development areas, wondering if anyone else got the same or if its just me lol

Like around a week ago, maybe a little more. Also it was mainly video + drag and drop based on what you are most and least likely to do

it sounded generic (im not sure if this was the case for you); like they used wording 'if this applies to u' so not rlly sure what to make of it lol

I'd say just prepare as if you're going in for an actual interview. Won't provide any more information for a level playing field.

I assumed there would be assessment centre, but there's isn't much time left. I believe I saw ac somewhere.

Not heard anything yet as well. I only done my JS couple of days ago. When did you guys do yours?

Also, they extended the application deadline twice from Sunday to Monday and then Tuesday.
