Teaching assistant

Hi there! I have a childcare level 3 qualification and I have been working as a TA for requirement agencies for 2 years, 10 years to nurseries. Now I want to do a teaching assistant training at level 5 if possible. My question is if I have to do level 3TA first or can go for level 5. The second question would be id apprenticeship or agency work would give a better experience. Thank you for your answer. Thank you for help.
