How difficult is SK298 and SK299?

I have enrolled at the OU starting in October and I already have 120 credits so will be starting in second year. I want to go into speech and language therapy after my degree and looking for the best combination of modules.

So far I am looking at doing…
Year 1 - English in the World (60 credits) with one of the above modules (30 credits)
Year 2 - second of the above modules (30 credits) with my first 3rd year module (60 credits)
Year 3 - Language, Literature, and Childhood (60 credits)

Would this be too intense? I work 25 hours a week over 2 1/2 days.
Does anyone know if this combination will work well together, or do they have suggestions for alternative modules for wanting to go into a speech and language therapy masters.
Thanks

Wouldn't you need Biological modules to study Speech and language therapy MSc ? Why are u studying English modules. Have a look at the entry requirements again.

Those SK299 is ok as long as u put in the work. I would say for most people if you are working part time you should do a maximum of 90 credits. Unless you are super organised don't do more than 90 credits with a part time job. Even 60 credits will be a lot with a part time job for most. But of course you know yourself better.

I have been looking at MSc courses and English language is also classed as a relevant degree, along with psychology, and biology. Thanks for the advice on how many credits would be manageable and the course.

Ok.

It might be easier to explain a named degree. Maybe you have interests in all those subjects?
