CODE Accommodation Tenancy Takeover

I am looking to market and advertise my accommodation at CODE Student Accommodation for this academic year as I will no longer be able to attend.

It is 20ish minutes away from the campus by bus, and it's a small studio apartment.
Silver Courtyard Studio, Floor 1, D015. 40 - 46 Western Road Leicester LE3 0GH.

The tenancy period is 48 weeks and the rent per week is roughly £159 (excluding electricity/ pay as you go). The instalments which you pay is dependent on if you have a guarantor (4 instalments with guarantor, 2 instalments without one). With a guarantor, the instalments will be around £1,848 per instalment. This overall would be £7,792~ for the whole academic year.

There is a security deposit of £400 which is refunded to you at the end of the tenancy if there has been no damage done.

The move in date is the 12th of September 2025, and the end of tenancy is the 13th of August 2026.

There's a laundry facility and gym facility both on site, as well as social events and a communal games area.

The studio comes with a double bed and more.

CLARITY: I'm unsure if you can change the package deal but if so, with electricity comes around £164 per week.
